Ancora Artisan Pizza is a wood-fired mobile pizza oven based in Morris County, New Jersey and serving the NJ-area. Our hand-crafted pizza is inspired by Napoli and made with the highest-quality ingredients that are carefully sourced and sustainably made.

Ancora Artisan Pizza founder, Frank Speranza, has years of experience previously working as an Italian Food Importer and has traveled to Italy to tour the facilities where our tomatoes and flour are produced. These are some of the highest quality ingredients Italy has to offer to the United States. 

You’ll eat great and feel good thanks to our clean ingredients. Ancora Artisan Pizza is easily digestible due to the quality of the raw materials that go into our final product. The flour we use is milled in a truly artisan process in Naples, Italy by the Caputo Family- a mill that has been around for almost 100 years. The tomatoes we use are from Mercato San Severino, Italy - just 12 miles east of the much-celebrated San Marzano region. All of these little details separate our quality and integrity from the rest of the pack. Every pizza we serve is hand-crafted and perfected as if we were serving it to our family. We hope you enjoy eating them just as much as we enjoy crafting them.

Our dough is pure wheat, so it’s soy-free and preservative-free pizza— the complete opposite of dough that so many pizzerias use. There’s no added sugar in our tomatoes. You can literally eat a full pie from Ancora yourself (and trust us, you probably will!) and still feel good!

We can accommodate your dietary needs for vegetarian and vegan pizzas and also offer gluten-free dough upon request. Ancora Artisan Pizza is available for private events and make-your-own pizza parties (great for kids outdoor parties!) on weekends from March to October.
